WWE Main Event Recap: SmackDown Tag-Tam Champions Get A Win, The Ascension, Natalya Vs. Naomi

The Main Event opening video kicks off the show after the usual WWE signature. Naomi and Natalya make their entrances as Tom Philips and David Otunga check in on commentary.

Naomi vs. Natalya

They lock up. Natalya pushes Naomi to the ropes. Natalya kicks Naomi prior to slamming her to the mat. Natalya gets Naomi up. Naomi kicks Natalya several times before throwing her into the corner. Naomi goes to the ring apron, before hitting a high kick to the side of Natalya’s head. Naomi hits a sunset flip powerbomb on Natalya, pinning her for a two count. Natalya pulls Naomi’s neck into the second rope. Natalya then hits a modified clothesline on Naomi before pinning her for a two count. Natalya briefly locks in a shoulder submission before slamming Naomi to the mat. Naomi eventually dropkicks Natalya. Natalya clotheslines Naomi. Natalya sits on Naomi for a one count. Natalya pushes Naomi to the ropes, Naomi returns with a Lou Thesz Press. Natalya ducks a clothesline attempt and slams Naomi to the mat. Natalya goes for a drop kick, Naomi sweeps her legs out from under her. Naomi pins Natalya for the win.

Winner: Naomi
