Rested Sanchez ready for 1st postseason start

ARLINGTON — Blue Jays rookie righty Aaron Sanchez will get the ball for Sunday’s Game 3 of the American League Division Series — 7:30 p.m. ET on TBS, as well as Sportsnet (English) and TVA (French) in Canada — as he continues to creep closer toward his innings limit.
Sanchez, who has thrown 192 innings, was tabbed for Game 3 in part because Toronto wants to use him just once in the best-of-five series. The organization has said that it would like to keep Sanchez — who last pitched on Oct. 2 — under 220 innings.
