Share: CONCORD, N.C. – After finishing the Round of 16 with a single top 10 and two finishes in the mid-teens, Carl Edwards is ready to get his championship hopes back on track this weekend in the Bank of America 500 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Edwards opened the 2016 Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup with a disappointing 15th-place finish at Chicagoland Speedway, rebounded for sixth the following week at New Hampshire and then closed out the round with a 14th-place finish last week at Dover, and will start this round seeded in 10th.
