Koeman: FA right on Allardyce

Everton manager Ronald Koeman says he thinks the FA had no choice but to dispense with the services of Sam Allardyce as England manager.
Allardyce left his post on Tuesday, just 67 days after taking charge, following an undercover investigation by The Daily Telegraph.
The veteran boss was videoed apparently discussing how it was possible to circumvent FA rules on player transfers.
