Waterlogging claims Ayr card

Tuesday’s meeting at Ayr has been abandoned due to a waterlogged track.
Clerk of the course Emma Marley reports the track to be waterlogged following eight millimetres of rain in the last 24 hours with more expected during the course of the morning.
She tweeted: “Today’s racing has been abandoned due to waterlogging. Past 24hrs 8mm of rain & raining at present. More rain due this morning.”
