2015-16 Season: Injuries disrupted Jaroslav Halak’s second season with the New York Islanders, as the goalie was limited to 36 games in 2015-16. He suffered a season-ending injury on March 8. Injuries aside, Halak’s stats improved last season, as he bumped his save percentage up to .919 from .914 and lowered his goals-against from 2.43 to 2.30. He finished the season with an 18-13-4 record, which was down from his record-setting 2014-15, when he won an Islanders single-season best 38 games.
