Jacquizz Rodgers to Buccaneers: Latest Contract Details, Comments and Reaction

Running back Jacquizz Rodgers found a new home Tuesday, when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed him to a one-year deal ahead of Week 2.
Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times first reported the news. Jenna Laine of ESPN provided the contract details and noted the team won’t be forced to handle any termination pay should he eventually get released since he signed after Week 1.
This comes after the Chicago Bears cut him while trimming their roster to 53 players before the season, per Larry Mayer of the Bears’ official website. He appeared in five games for Chicago in 2015 and was put on injured reserve with a broken arm.
