BMW Championship 2016: Friday Leaderboard Scores and Highlights
- Updated: September 9, 2016
After Friday’s second round of the BMW Championship wrapped up from Crooked Stick Golf Club in Carmel, Indiana, Roberto Castro and Dustin Johnson hold a three-stroke lead at 14 under overall.
Here is the current leaderboard heading into Saturday:
Castro entered Friday’s play with the lead at seven under and ensured he would keep at least a share of it with another seven-under in the second round.
He managed to string together a clean day by using a fast start with five birdies on the front nine to build a comfortable cushion to work with.
Three of those birdies came in succession from Nos. 4 to 6; the PGA Tour showed his approach and conversion on No. 5:
Roberto Castro.
