Jim Miller: I don’t see Mickey Gall vs. CM Punk ‘going longer than a minute’

Last month at UFC on FOX 21, UFC lightweight veteran Jim Miller turned in another Fight of the Night performance, as he edged out Joe Lauzon by split decision to make it 2-for-2 against the fellow longtime fan favorite. It’s the first time that Miller has won two consecutive fights since submitting Fabricio Camoes and Yancy Medeiros in 2013 and 2014, respectively.
Meanwhile, Mickey Gall, whose own two-fight winning streak doubles as the whole of his pro career, is set to face former WWE superstar CM Punk on the main card of UFC 203 on September 10th. Gall has spent time training at Miller Brothers MMA, and while Miller admitted that he hasn’t “worked with him that much lately,” he had glowing things to say about the 24-year-old prospect during his latest interview with the Three Amigos Podcast.
