Mulgrew signs for Blackburn

Former Celtic utility man Charlie Mulgrew has joined Blackburn Rovers.
The 30-year-old joins on a three-year deal following his release from Scottish champions Celtic at the end of last season. He becomes Rovers’ 11th new signing this summer.
Able to play in defence or midfield, Mulgrew came through the youth ranks with Celtic before gaining valuable experience while on loan at Dundee United.
