Gray granted appeal extension

Andre Gray will have until September 5 to appeal an FA charge relating to offensive tweets he sent in 2012.
The Burnley striker was charged with misconduct by the Football Association last week after tweets Gray sent when he was playing for non-league Hinckley United resurfaced in the aftermath of his debut Premier League goal against Liverpool.
Gray originally had until 6pm on Wednesday, August 31 to respond to the charge, …
