Indians place Salazar on paternity list

CLEVELAND — The Indians placed right-hander Danny Salazar on the paternity list on Monday afternoon prior to the start of their three-game set against the Twins at Progressive Field. rRght-hander Shawn Armstrong was recalled from Triple-A Columbus to take his place on the active roster.
