Whyte: Cornish & Sexton scared

Dillian Whyte remains on the hunt for a British title opponent but believes neither Gary Cornish or Sam Sexton will step into the fray.
‘The Body Snatcher’ (18-1-KO14) is two victories into a comeback from shoulder surgery and had been ordered to face Sexton (23-3-KO9) for the vacant heavyweight title later this year.
According to Whyte, the Norwich fighter is unlikely to take up the chance and although he’d be happy for former Anthony Joshua victim Gary Cornish (23-1-KO12) on the undercard of Ricky Burns v Kiryl Relikh to replace him, he isn’t convinced the Scot will be keen either.
