Pierre-Luc Dubois set Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) scoring records this year and was one of the most decorated prospects in the 2016 draft class. The Blue Jackets’ No. 1 pick (third overall) is back in Columbus to get ready for training camp, and we caught up with him after a recent skate.
CBJ.com: Since you got drafted and then signed a contract, how has your life changed, being a part of this organization?
Dubois: “It was for sure fun to get drafted and to visit the city and everything, but my life didn’t really change. I’ve always had the same goals whether it was before the draft or after.
