Caravaggio might not run again this season after suffering a setback which has put in doubt his scheduled engagement in the Juddmonte Middle Park Stakes.
Should the unbeaten colt miss the Group One over six furlongs at Newmarket on September 24 then plans to go for the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile would be scrapped and he would go into winter quarters.
