UFC On FOX 21 Results: Former Champion Submitted In Main Event

Demian Maia and Anthony Pettis make their marks on the welterweight and featherweight divisions Saturday night at UFC on FOX 21, claiming submission wins. The event took place from Vancouver, with the main card airing live on FOX.
In the headline bout, it was Maia – a former UFC title contender to the middleweight belt – locked up a first round rear-naked choke on Carlos Condit to earn his sixth consecutive win. The Brazilian has now finished Condit, Matt Brown and Neil Magny in recent months.
