Phelan hails ‘magnificent’ Hull

Hull caretaker boss Mike Phelan described his players as “magnificent” as they suffered late heartbreak in a 1-0 defeat to Man Utd on Saturday.
Phelan also said he hoped to resolve his own future with the club’s prospective new owners after the transfer window has closed on Wednesday.
