Price wants bout on AJ bill

David Price wants to fight on the same card as Anthony Joshua in November and is happy to take on Joseph Parker, Dominic Breazeale or the world champion himself, says trainer Dave Coldwell.
The towering Liverpudlian heavyweight (20-3-KO17) is back on the world title trail after learning that both of his previous conquerors failed drug tests – and recently called for a clash with IBF king Joshua (17-0-KO17).
Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn appeared to pour cold water on the idea of Price being the Londoner’s second challenger earlier in the week but regardless, Coldwell is keen for his man to stake his claim and would welcome a shot at mandatory challenger Parker (20-0-KO17).
Coldwell told Sky Sports: “The more training we’re getting, the better he’s becoming and the more confident he is. By the time the Joshua fight does happen, I’ll be very confident that Pricey knocks Joshua out. I’m confident as it is.
