Cedric signs new Saints deal

Southampton have signed right-back Cedric Soares to a four-year contract extension which will keep him at St Mary’s until 2020.
The 24-year-old, who was a key member of the Portugal side that won Euro 2016, only joined the Saints last summer from Sporting Lisbon.
Cedric featured 27 times in all competitions during his first season with Southampton and Executive Director of Football Les Reed sees him as a key part in the club’s future.
