The Barclays Odds 2016: Day, Johnson Top Betting Board for FedEx Cup Tournament

The PGA Tour’s FedEx Cup playoffs get underway this week with The Barclays at Bethpage State Park in Farmingdale, New York.
The Barclays is the first of four tournaments on tour that make up the playoff system for the FedEx Cup, with defending champion Jason Day listed as the +750 betting favorite (wager $100 to win $750) to defend his title at sportsbooks monitored by Odds Shark among a strong field of golfers.
Last year, Day became one of four to shoot a record 19-under-par for the tournament with a four-day total of 261 at Plainfield Country Club in Edison, New Jersey, with the other three being Johnny Miller (1974), Bob Gilder (1982) and Dustin Johnson (2011).
