Gooden ‘hurt’ by comments from Strawberry

After recent comments made by Darryl Strawberry to The New York Daily News, Dwight Gooden said on Monday that he is re-evaluating his relationship with his former New York Mets teammate.
Strawberry told the newspaper that he believes Gooden has relapsed into the drug use that derailed his playing career and that he’s “a complete junkie-addict.”
“The Darryl thing hurt me a lot because I had just thought we re-established our relationship,” Gooden told “The Joe Piscopo Show.”
