WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — After rain forced the cancellation of all of Sunday’s LLWS games, play resumed on Monday afternoon with Sunday’s scheduled matchups. The opening game pitted Australia against Panama, with the latter team edging out a victory in a contest that brought plenty of late-inning heroics.
