Steiner applauds decision to relax radio ban

Haas team principal Guenther Steiner has welcomed Formula 1’s decision to adopt a liberal approach to the radio communication ban.
This year has not been a good one for Formula 1’s rulemakers, who have spent as much backtracking on the regulations as they have trying to enforce them.
The latest rule to be alter was the radio communication ban, which F1’s Strategy Group agreeing to relax ahead of the German GP.
