Allardyce to name first squad

Sam Allardyce will name his first England squad after the round of Premier League fixtures on Sunday, August 28.
Allardyce’s first game will be the World Cup qualifier in Slovakia on September 4 before a double-header of qualifying matches in October, against Malta at Wembley and against Slovenia away from home.
He left his role as Sunderland manager and was confirmed as Roy Hodgson’s successor on a two-year deal in July.
