Howe bemoans discipline lapse

Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe bemoaned a lack of discipline from Harry Arter after he was sent-off in Sunday’s 1-0 defeat to West Ham.
Arter was cautioned for dissent under new Premier League rules in the first half before a second booking in the 78th minute for bringing down Cheikhou Kouyate on a Hammers counter-attack.
It left Bournemouth with 10 men for the remaining 12 minutes and they failed to hold on as Michail Antonio’s header sealed all three points late on in West Ham’s first league game at the London Stadium.
