WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Day 2 of the Little League World Series saw the final eight teams take the field and determined the matchups for the beginning of elimination play. Italy put up a valiant fight in its game against Mexico, but the latter team ultimately walked away with the win to even its record at 1-1.
