Marcin Held parts ways with Bellator, hopes for future in UFC

Good news if you’re a UFC fan, bad news if you’re a Bellator fan. Former lightweight title contender and longtime Bellator fighter Marcin Held recently announced that he has parted ways with the promotion and is now hoping to fight in the UFC. Held is coming off a decision victory over Dave Jansen, back at Bellator 155, avenging one of the few losses on his already long record.
Still only 24-years-old, Held was an early prospect in the Bellator system, signing with the promotion back in 2011.
