WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — On a day that brought much sunnier skies than the baseball-frenzied town experienced for Day 1 of last year’s Little League World Series, which was rained out entirely, the Latin America and Mexico Region Champions engaged in an early pitchers’ duel before Panama broke the game open with 10 runs to begin 2016 Little League World Series play on Thursday.
