Blue Jays dismiss scouting director Parker

TORONTO — The Blue Jays have continued to shake up their front office by dismissing director of amateur scouting Brian Parker and national crosschecker Blake Davis.
Parker joined the Blue Jays in 2009, when he came over from the Nationals organization. He spent time as a scout and a crosschecker before being promoted to the director of amateur scouting position in ’12.
