Brewers keep Cravy to aid thin bullpen

CHICAGO — The Brewers bolstered their bullpen in the wake of Tuesday’s doubleheader by extending right-hander Tyler Cravy’s big league stay.
Cravy, called up to serve as Milwaukee’s “26th man” for the team’s first doubleheader this season, remained with the team Wednesday after the Brewers optioned first baseman Andy Wilkins to Triple-A Colorado Springs.
