- Updated: August 17, 2016
Denver Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib was shot in the leg in June, and the incident is reportedly still under investigation.
According to Colleen O’Connor of the Denver Post, “Dallas police said Wednesday they have not yet ruled out that [Talib] might have shot himself in the leg.”

Talib has been part of the Broncos’ training camp and didn’t need surgery after the incident.

Talib could be suspended by the NFL for a violation of the personal conduct policy in addition to any potential legal consequences.
