AkakiDvalishvili BC Novosybirsk (Superleague 1) landed 25-year old Georgian ex-international power forward Akaki Dvalishvili (206-91). He played most recently at Basketball Club Batumi in Georgian Superleague. In 33 games he averaged impressive 16.1ppg, 11.6rpg, 1.4apg, 1.6spg and 1.2bpg last season. Dvalishvili helped them to end the regular season as a second best team in the league. They also advanced to the league semifinals. It was a very successful season in his career as he was awarded Eurobasket.com All-Georgian League Domestic Player of the Year, selected to 1st Team and selected to All-Domestic Players Team.
