Conor McGregor on being pulled from UFC 200: ‘The card bombed’ without me

In a different universe, Conor McGregor vs. Nate Diaz 2 already happened at UFC 200 on July 9th, capping off International Fight Week 2016. We do live in reality (most of us do, anyway) and instead it’s taking place at UFC 202 this Saturday, on August 20th.
Of course, McGregor was pulled from UFC 200 in April after not fulfilling his media obligations. That was preceded by McGregor’s faux-retirement tweet, which just about lit social media on fire.
