Garner poised for Rangers move

Joe Garner is expected in Glasgow on Tuesday to complete a move to Rangers after telling Preston he wants to leave the club, according to Sky sources.
It is understood the forward has already said goodbye to his team-mates at Deepdale as he looks to make the switch to the Scottish Premiership side.
An agreement has still to be reached on a transfer which is expected to cost well in excess of £1m as Mark Warburton gets set to make what would be his 10th summer signing.
Garner, 28, has scored 57 goals in 152 appearances for Preston since joining the club from Watford in 2013, with 128 of those coming in the starting XI.
A Preston statement said: “On both Sunday and Monday, discussions were held with Joe with regard to this situation.
“Joe has made it clear that the financial considerations in making this move would mean that he would want to leave.
