Miggy exits game with left biceps strain

DETROIT — The already lengthy list of injured Tigers just picked up one very big name. Miguel Cabrera left Monday night’s game against the Royals after four innings with a left biceps strain and is listed as day to day.
Cabrera had a lunging play in the first inning on an errant throw from pitcher Daniel Norris. Cabrera ran into Royals runner Cheslor Cuthbert on his way to first base, but Cabrera stayed in the game. Cabrera walked in the first inning, then flied out in the fourth.
