Andy Murray is playing the best tennis of his life after adding a second Olympic gold medal to his Wimbledon men’s title this year, says his mother Judy Murray.
The British No 1 completed a gruelling four-set win over Juan Martin del Potro to win the gold again in Rio, four years after winning the men’s singles tournament at London 2012.
Murray’s Olympic heroics have continued a hugely successful year for the Scot, who defeated Milos Raonic at Wimbledon to claim his second title, and Judy admits he has taken his career to another level.
