TomsLeimanis BK Ventspils (LBL) inked 22-year old shooting guard Toms Leimanis (188-94). It is actually his comeback to Ventspils as he has played here before. Leimanis has played for the last two years at Liepaja/Triobet in the LBL. In 44 games he averaged 7.8ppg, 2.7rpg and 3.7apg last season. Leimanis helped them to make it to the semifinals. He also played 16 games in Baltic League where he had 10.4ppg, 3.0rpg, 4.4apg and 1.3spg. …
