United States even record at 2-2 in Pool A

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, August 13, 2016 – The United States defeated France 3-1 (25-22, 25-22, 14-25, 25-22) on Saturday for their second consecutive victory in Pool A after losing the previous two in the men’s volleyball tournament at Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
The United States next play winless Mexico on Monday as they attempt to secure their place in the quarterfinal round.
Aaron Russell and Matt Anderson shared the offensive honors for the winners with three blocks each and 18 and 17 points, respectively, while Taylor Sander contributed 13 points in the victory.
