The 2016 Olympics are in full swing in Brazil, but a little closer to home, on your laptop, computer, or mobile device, the 888poker Summer ChampionChips are about to kick off, bringing with them $150,000 in guaranteed prize pools.
Running from August 14 through to August 21, the Summer ChampionChips are a series of 18 tournaments across a number of different formats, and with buy-ins starting as low as $1 and increasing to the $55 High Roller.
On the first day of the online festival, there are three events to compete in, then two more every day until August 21 when a trio of tournaments are there for the taking, including the $50,000 Marathon Main Event, which only costs $30 to enter.
