Arsenal Transfer News: Riyad Mahrez Offer Details Emerge Amid Latest Rumours

Leicester City’s Riyad Mahrez is reportedly prepared to force a move to Arsenal after the Gunners submitted a €41 million (£35.3 million) bid for the Algerian winger.
French outlet L’Equipe (via beIN Sports’ Matt Spiro) reported Mahrez is “determined” to join the north London club. He would be a huge boost for Arsenal in their bid to make quality attacking additions to their squad:

Previously, Ilyes Ramdani of Eurosport.fr (translated by Tom Coast of Sport Witness) suggested the 25-year-old would not “go head-to-head with a club [Leicester] he has a lot of respect for,” and the Foxes were intent on keeping hold of him.
That revelation came before Arsenal made an initial bid of £30 million for Mahrez, which was rejected by Leicester, per L’Equipe’s Gilles Favard (h/t Get French Football News).
Despite Mahrez’s reported eagerness to quit the Foxes for Arsenal, it is highly likely Leicester will again reject Arsenal’s new bid of £35.3 million.
