Making it to a major MMA promotion is no easy task in modern day MMA. The bulk of big timers have paid their respective dues in a regional promotion before making the leap to a tent pole event. The pressure is on as those combatants near the cusp of ‘the call’ know they are only one exciting win away from the promise land.
