Manny Pacquiao has been rumored for weeks to be fighting in Las Vegas on Nov. 5 but it was just a matter of naming his opponent. On Wednesday morning, “Pac-Man” officially revealed in a statement that Jessie Vargas will be the next man to stand opposite him inside the squared circle.
