Chelsea Transfer News: Latest on Kalidou Koulibaly and Nemanja Matic Rumours

Kalidou Koulibaly’s agent, Bruno Satin, has said the Napoli defender’s future will be resolved imminently amid rumours Chelsea have made a €40 million bid for him.
According to Goal (h/t Football Italia), Satin said: “The talks I’m having are confidential. But I can tell you that in the space of two days, or three at the most, there will be some developments and everything will be settled.”
Koulibaly is said to be angling for a move elsewhere, though the Partenopei are eager to keep him at the club.
GianlucaDiMarzio.com’s David Amoyal noted how crucial it is for Napoli that Koulibaly remains, but he believes the powerful defender could thrive in the English top flight:
