What’ve they done in the transfer market?
Southampton’s summer plans were disrupted by Ronald Koeman’s protracted move to Everton, but they still clinched an £11m deal to sign winger Nathan Redmond from Norwich, and Claude Puel has also brought in £12.8m midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg from Bayern Munich and £4m goalkeeper Alex McCarthy from Crystal Palace.
