Real Madrid will go in search of their third UEFA Super Cup crown on Tuesday, when the 2015-16 Champions League winners go up against reigning UEFA Europa League champions Sevilla in Trondheim, Norway.

The two continental champions will face off for bragging rights over which European ace can claim one more piece of silverware before heading into the 2016-17 campaign.

It’s been two years since Los Blancos won the most recent of their two Super Cup titles (2002, 2014), while this year marks the 10-year anniversary of Sevilla’s sole Super Cup triumph over Barcelona in Monaco.

New head coach Jorge Sampaoli will lead the team in his first competitive match at the Sevilla helm since replacing Unai Emery, and he can record some early history if he manages to get the better of Real.

We provide all the essential viewing information for Tuesday’s Super Cup collision, complete with a preview and prediction for the match.
