Tyron Woodley sends message to haters: Don’t tell me how to do my job
- Updated: August 7, 2016
Tyron Woodley does not want to be just another UFC champion. The former Strikeforce title challenger wants to build a name for himself and elevate to stardom alongside the likes of Conor McGregor, Nate Diaz and Ronda Rousey.
Since his first-round demolition of then-champ Robbie Lawler at UFC 201, T-Wood has hogged the headlines with his call out of Nick Diaz and Georges St-Pierre. Many expected Woodley to immediately accept a fight with top welterweight contender Stephen Thompson, but the newly crowned champ wants the big-money fights.
Woodley has been criticised for his antics, and the 34-year-old responded on Instagram on Friday.
