HOUSTON — While the Astros lost to the Rangers, 3-2, Saturday night, the game wouldn’t have been as close without some spectacular throws by right fielder George Springer and shortstop Carlos Correa.

The first came in the fourth with two on and two outs and the Astros leading, 1-0. Designated hitter Shin-Soo Choo knocked a ball to right field that would’ve scored Nomar Mazara, if not for Springer’s throw.
