He accelerated past an early jump by BMC’s Joey Rosskopf to win his second career stage at the Utah tour.

Axeon Hagens Berman’s Tao Geoghegan Hart was second, and Cannondale – Drapac’s Alex Howes finished third. For a second day, the race’s overall lead did not change hands as Jelly Belly’s Lachlan Morton, 24, finished in the bunch, wearing the yellow leader’s jersey.
