Jose wants ‘big signing’

Jose Mourinho wants all of Manchester United’s transfer business done by August 14, hinting he expects the £100m deal for Paul Pogba to be concluded before the start of the Premier League season.
Mourinho’s side take on Leicester in the Community Shield on Sunday ahead of their league opener at Bournemouth a week later, with Pogba’s proposed £100m move from Juventus yet to be finalised after a summer of speculation.
Eric Bailly, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan have all arrived at Old Trafford since the end of last season and Sky sources revealed on Sunday that a deal is now virtually agreed in principle between the two clubs.
Speaking ahead of the clash with Leicester, Mourinho was reluctant to speak directly of Pogba, but said he expects his squad to be complete before the trip to Bournemouth, with one more “big signing” to come.
