World Peace Waiting For NBA Interest Thursday, Aug. 4
Ian Begley of ESPN.com spoke with the Queens native in New York City this week, and he confirmed his intention to keep playing. He also noted he’s serving as a life coach for a couple of unnamed NBA players while he’s waiting for an opportunity to arise.
“But it’s not a thing where I’m going to hide and be that perfect mentor,” he said. “I just give them the best advice I can and live my life accordingly. I’m doing that now and one day I would love to coach.”
